Meditation Class

May 11 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

This class is fitting for both those who wish to deepen their practice as well as for beginners. The class is a blend of teaching and practice time and is designed to take you deeper into your meditation practice with each sitting. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your favorite sitting equipment. Your comfort is a priority so all forms of sitting are welcome. Chairs and cushions are provided.

Sandra Leigh will be your guide on your inward journey. She has been meditating for 36 years and teaching meditation since 2012.

Please arrive by 6 PM. The shop closes so the doors will be locked at six.
