Early morning yoga to start your day every day from September 27th to October 1st. Having had a life-changing experience at my Immersion retreat to become certified as a yoga teacher, where we co-created a safe space that fostered deep transformation, I intend to co-create that same sort of space in these 5-Day Yoga Journeys. We share the universal spiritual principles of yoga and how they apply to our modern lives and then take our shared intentions and insights into an asana practice.  September’s theme will be on “Focus” – October’s information will be posted in late September.

Cost and Registration

About David

David teaches a mixture of yoga styles. Power, vinyasa, restorative, yin. There will be times when the asanas (poses) will be active. Modifications will be offered – and highly encouraged. Every body is unique. Your version of a pose will be different than everyone else’s. You will be encouraged to do your yoga – and fully accepted for whatever that is.

David was trained by the ICF-accredited Radiant Coaches Academy and is a Certified Yoga Teacher through a special Yoga-Coach combination program. He has a BA from the University of Iowa. He has worked in the corporate world for the majority of the last decade.
