Join Sayde Alexandrescu, MSYT, for a short demo of yoga for everybody followed by Q&A. Soundness With Sayde offers group yoga therapy classes where breath is emphasized during movement of the body, heart is steered and spirit is sharpened.

11:30-11:45 am Yoga Demonstration with Lynn Block

If you can breathe you can do yoga! Yoga is about connecting your breath to movement. A short breath work and movement demo followed by Q&A with Lynn, 500 hour experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Health coach and Personal trainer.

1:00-1:45 pm Gallery Reading with Mary Thompson

Mary Thompson will connect to loved ones who have crossed over to the other side.
