CONNECT Restorative Healing Circle is a journey back to health, strength, and an overall sense of well-being!

Relax as you are guided through breathing & basic stretching in a chair with your feet grounded on an Earth Energy Mat. Take an inner journey as you set a personal intention for your experience. Theresa will conduct a Reiki Healing Attunement on each participant, so you may experience healing energy for yourself. There will be time for sharing and regrouping as you prepare to lay the spine on the Earth Energy Mats on the floor. Experience a guided meditation as you journey through the Chakra System while utilizing your Reiki Healing Attunement and the group energy to slip into a relaxed state of being and receive guidance from your inner wisdom. A Crystal Singing Bowl will close out the session for a sound healing experience. Experience time to bring in the deep breathing and share if you wish.

What is an Earth Energy Mat?

A VibesUP Earth Energy Mat is made of gemstones, quartz crystal, black tourmaline, essential oils and plant flower essences. It is in a silicone base which puts constant pressure on the quartz creating Piezo electricity (which travels at a million rays per second). They are balanced in zero-point energy, like the planet.  Quartz crystal is an amplifier so it amplifies all the properties of the ingredients and Black Tourmaline pulls out excessive or non-beneficial energy. Like breathing in and out the mats conduct good energy into the body and non-beneficial energy out of the body. Our body has an innate wisdom and receives what it needs at the time from the mats. About Theresa: Theresa Brown is a graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy and has been in practice since 2002. She works with her husband at Brown Chiropractic, in Oelwein, IA. She is the owner of VibesUP Heartland, carrying a line of Vibrational Earth Energy products. As a Reiki Master and Certified TriYoga

Instructor she has created CONNECT Restorative Healing Circles as a way for people to experience her knowledge in many different ways. She combines yogic breathing & gentle stretches, Reiki energy, Earth Energy with the VibesUP mats and guided meditation.
