Join the Cedar Rapids Jaycees and The Gazette Special Events to kick off the holiday season! Take time to wander through the collection of beautiful trees and enjoy live music by local performers. There is a selection of trees sponsored and decorated by local businesses, organizations, and artists that will be auctioned via silent auction to benefit Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP), Shoes for Kids, and Toys for Tots.

As you enjoy your walk through the trees, you’ll be able to step into the holiday market featuring a variety of local vendors, including Illuminations, where you can start your holiday shopping before the Black Friday rush.

In addition to the holiday market, the Cedar Rapids Jaycees will be hosting a silent auction with gift certificates, gift baskets, and many other gift ideas. All proceeds from the silent auction items will benefit the DreamMakers, which will fund the Jaycees’ 2018 scholarship program.
