This form of meditation is effective in actually being peace. When practiced, it changes the brain creating byproducts of calmness, stability, strength, and resilience. What it is and how it is different will be experienced in class. Experiencing this knowledge and training can transport us from discomfort and chaos into calm and flow. With practice and learning, the mind moves into a new structure of peace and stability, loosening energy from the stress-model and applying it consistently into a way of calm.

Sandra Leigh has taught meditation around the country as well as created and hosted weekend retreats. She was a hospice grief counselor in New Mexico. Though her work is deep and serious, Sandra balances it with her love of laughter and playfulness.
