As a pre-celebration for Ostara / Spring Equinox, we’ll be exploring how to nurture sacred sensuality & sexuality, especially as we move into mid-life and beyond. Aging does not mean that we are to wither, but our garden needs tending differently through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

We will be joined by retired physician Susanne Hildner, MD, who has extensive knowledge on navigating our changing sex lives through these life transitions.
