The Artist’s Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity
November 1, 2021 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pmFree
This thirteen-week class series will focus on working, as a group, through The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. The Artist’s Way is not just for people who think of themselves as artists! It’s for anybody who wants to get deeper in touch with their soul. It’s truly a path to transformation.
This is the class schedule as outlined by the book:

Nov 8 Week 1: Recovering a Sense of Safety
Nov 15 Week 2: Recovering a Sense of Identity
Nov 22 Week 3: Recovering a Sense of Power
Nov 29 Week 4: Recovering a Sense of Integrity
Dec 6 Week 5: Recovering a Sense of Possibility
Dec 13 Week 6: Recovering a Sense of Abundance
Dec 20 Week 7: Recovering a Sense of Connection
Dec 27 Week 8: Recovering a Sense of Strength

Jan 17 Week 11: Recovering a Sense of Autonomy
Jan 24 Week 12: Recovering a Sense of Faith
To get the most out of this class, obtain The Artist’s Way and read each chapter before the class meeting about that chapter. There are many exercises and things to do for each week. You don’t have to do all (or any) of them if you don’t want to. Part of the class time will be about everyone sharing their experiences or thoughts about each chapter. The rest of the time we’ll spend doing one of the exercises together.
You do NOT have to come to every class or do any of the reading or exercises. If you would get the support you need just by being with the group, that’s perfect. Drop-in when you can.
The class will be free of charge. Donations are appreciated but not necessary. You can register in advance, but you don’t have to.
Organized by Gretchen Little, for whom The Artist’s Way was a pivotal part of her journey to becoming a psychic medium. Since Gretchen lives 45 miles away from Illuminations, if dangerous winter driving conditions occur on a day of the class, it will be held on Zoom. In those instances, you will need to register in advance to get an invite to the Zoom meeting.
