David offers a class that is meant to be active and stimulating, while not being overly challenging. Every student is invited to listen to their bodies, in a state of grace and acceptance, as they move into their expression of the pose. We will do a mixture of flows and sequences, and then slow down and spend more time in certain poses, all while generating as much positive emotion and co-created support for each other.
