Deepen Your Connection to the Universe! Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. The class will initially define Reiki and discuss its history. In Level I, students will focus on healing themselves. Students will also receive the first degree Reiki attunement. Manual is included.

Class will be taught by Stephanie Ryan.  Stephanie is an Usui Reiki Master Teacher.  She has been practicing Reiki for over 7 years, and has been teaching Reiki since 2012.
