Energy healing for yourself and others is the nature of Reiki. Become a practitioner of this ancient technique and you can perform energy healing, too! Reiki is an easy to learn Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that promotes healing and growth of the mind, body and spirit for self and others. This is the first of four levels of Usui Reiki through the International Center for Reiki Training. A student becomes a practitioner following Level II.

Taught by Mary Thompson who is in her 17th year as a Reiki Healer and Teacher. She has received training from William Lee Rand, Laurelle Shanti Gaia, and Marlou Ricki. She is a certified Usui Master and Karuna Master Teacher.
