An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Yoga that moves dynamically from one posture into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on the experience of the present moment. All levels, from beginner to advanced yogi, are welcome.
The class will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30-10:30 am. The drop-in fee is $15. Discount packages are available.

Lynn Block has been an instructor of fitness and yoga for over 20 years. She has been passionate about fitness since college. She holds a BA in Education from Coe College and a Masters in Educational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. She began teaching fitness classes in 1994. Lynn is certified as Group Exercise Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Lynn holds a Health Coach Certification and Personal Trainer Certification through American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also has a Lynn holds many fitness certifications, including Les Mills, Barre Above™, and Cycling.
Lynn’s yoga journey was a little unconventional. She was asked to sub a yoga class for a few weeks in 2004, and her fitness manager suggested that she pursue teaching yoga regularly. With a fitness background, Lynn wanted to find a yoga that fit teaching yoga in a gym setting for all types of people seeking out the benefits of yoga. She found a Yogafit® and began her yoga journey in a Level 1 training 2005. Lynn has been instructing yoga since 2005, sprinkling in different yoga training over the years. She completed her 200-hour RYT in June 2017 and her 500-hour RYT in October 2020. Lynn has a lot of specialized yoga training- 140 hours of trauma-informed yoga, 100-hour Women’s mind/body health, 100 hours Brain Health, 100-hour Holistic whole body Health, 100-hour Active Adult Health, 100-hour Athlete, 100 hour Warrior Kids, 100-hour Wellness yoga.
Lynn offers group yoga classes, one-on-one private yoga, Health coaching, and personal training.
Lynn’s instructing style is inclusive, offering options for poses so that everyone can succeed in finding the pose that works for them. She also offers challenges for those that want to take them or try a new pose. Lynn believes yoga is for everyone and can have profound effects in our lives beyond the physical movement of poses.
