An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 31, 2017
Beginner to intermediate students are welcome. Become aware of body alignment, mental focus and connection to the spirit. With continued practice, your body will gain strength, flexibility and balance. You will also learn to increase happiness, peace and courage in your everyday life. Mats and props are available.
